Four things worth sending with your message

A photo from the doorway
One wide shot tells us the layout, the existing surfaces and roughly what has to come off before anything goes on.
- 02
Rough dimensions
Floor area and wall height, or just the length of the splashback. Approximate is fine, we measure properly on site.
- 03
The tile, if you have chosen one
Size and finish change the prep, the adhesive and the day count. A photo of the box label is enough.
- 04
Anything already going wrong
Water marks on a ceiling below, a spongy patch underfoot, tiles that sound hollow when tapped. These tell us where to look first.
